What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT is a type of psychotherapy that involves talking about your thoughts and feelings and changing your behaviour and reactions to these thoughts and feelings.
CBT is thought to be effective for certain mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addictions, mood and psychotic disorders and OCD.
